… that today is Dr. Kildare Day? In 1961, the Dr. Kildare show premiered on NBC with Richard Chamberlain and Raymond Massey as stars. In 1964, Dr. Kildare became the first prime time TV show to feature a woman’s naval as Yvette Mimieux bared it while wearing a bikini! Shocking! 😉
